At Ammani, we take extra care in packaging our oils to prevent leakage and breakage during transit.
1. Processing Time
* All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (24-48 hours) after receiving the order confirmation.
* Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timelines
We partner with reputed courier services to deliver across India.
* Tamil Nadu & South India: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
* Rest of India: Delivered within 5 to 9 business days.
* Note: Delivery timelines may extend for remote locations or due to unforeseen logistics issues (heavy rains, strikes, etc.).
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the shipment and the destination pin code. The final shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page before payment.
4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID via Email/SMS. You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.
5. Packaging
We use robust packaging materials to ensure the bottles remain intact. However, in rare cases of rough handling by couriers, minor dents on tins or slight leakage may occur. If the damage is significant, please refer to our Refund Policy.
